Our Impact
Saving Parsley Bay
The Society is closely involved with the Parsley Bay Team, a group committed local residents of Parsley Bay in conserving the natural heritage of the wetlands and the beautiful marine heritage at risk from sewage and drainage threat to the local environment.
Vaucluse House
Vaucluse House is a heritage listed 19th Century residence.
The Society collaborates with The National Trust concerning the built heritage of Sydney’s East.
Street Inlays
This was an WHHS initative. An informative booklet was produced with representing the various street names.
As a result of the Society lobbying for the Woollahrra Council, planning laws and protestors have been revised to conserve this unique cultural heritiage.
